The grapes are sourced from the Tumblong vineyard in the Gundagai region which has established an enviable reputation for Italian varieties including Fiano.

Tasting Notes

This wine has citrus, honey and nutty aromas and flavours followed by a fruity and mineral palate. The finish is long and crisp.

Winemaking Notes

The grapes were hand-picked then whole bunch pressed. The juice was cold settled in stainless steel tank for 72 hours, racked from gross lees and fermented with a selected aromatic yeast in older French oak barriques. The wine was left on lees for 6 months before fining, cold stabilisation, filtration and bottling in November 2023.
