Whilst being very challenging there was the perfect balance between sunlight heat and cool night temperatures, that has resulted in producing a Chardonnay that bears all the hallmarks of great high country Chardonnay. The fruit was sourced from two vineyards, one at Maragle at 450 meters above sea level and the other at Courabyra at 750 meters above sea level.

The wine displays pristine aromas of white peach, grapefruit citrus and white flowers along with a very subtle element of spice. The palate is generous and textural yet finishes with great length due to the natural acidity.
