The Tumbarumba chardonnay is a blended selection of the best barrels from both Courabyra and Maragle vineyards. This chardonnay captures the best of both vineyards in a blend, expressing everything that is great about Tumbarumba. Only 400 cases made.
An elegant, complex, delightfully balanced chardonnay with well rounded flavour. The nose presents fragrant citrus blossom, stone fruit and almond/hazelnut notes. Delicate handling with lees and oak has pronounced a beautiful creamy mouthfeel and texture, with smooth acid and an underlaying, slate minerality with the fruit. Structural firmness is evident while the whole body remains seamless. All follows through to a long, smooth finish.
