NV Eastlake Brut Reserve
The grapes are mostly Chenin blanc with a touch of Colombard from South Australia.
Bright citrus fruit notes with a palate that is creamy and balanced by a fresh natural acidity.
This wine follows the guidelines of the "Methode traditionelle or Champenoise" meaning that it is fermented in bottle. This Reserve Brut is left on lees in bottle for 2 years before disgorging and "dosage" at 8g/L of sugar.
