Our Long Road Pinot Noir is a blend of Tumbarumba and Hilltops fruit from vineyards situated 650m  to 850m above sea level.

Tasting Notes

Lovely fresh red cherry and spicy aromas and flavours lead onto a bright crunchy medium bodied structure with lovely silky tannins, natural acidity and length.

Winemaking Notes

Whole bunches (10%) were included in the de-stemmed ferment. The alcoholic fermentation was carried out in open fermenters. Following fermentation, the grapes were lightly pressed directly to new to 5 year old French puncheons and barriques. The wine was matured for 6 months in French oak, racked and sterile filtered before bottling in December 2023.  No fining occurred.
