2024 Canberra Malbec - Small Batch

Red cherry and violet aromas and flavours. The palate is complex with red berry notes and smooth tannins. The finish is long and savoury.

The grapes were hand-picked, de-stemmed and fermented whole berries in an open fermenter then lightly pressed at the end of fermentation directly into older French oak barriques for a period of 8 months.
