2025 The Long Road Pinot Noir

Lovely fresh red cherry, strawberry and spicy aromas and flavours lead onto a bright crunchy medium bodied structure with lovely silky tannins, natural acidity and length.

Whole bunches (10%) were included in the de-stemmed ferment. The alcoholic fermentation was carried out in open fermenters. Following fermentation, the grapes were lightly pressed directly to 1 – 5 year old French puncheons and barriques. The wine was matured for 10 months in French oak, racked and sterile filtered before bottling in December 2025. No fining occurred.
