The grapes are sourced from the Tumblong vineyard in the Gundagai region which has established an enviable reputation for Italian varietals including Nero d'Avola.

Tasting Notes

This wine has intense blackberry and mulberry aromas and flavours followed by a savoury finish.

Cellaring: 10 years
Winemaking Notes

The grapes were de-stemmed and fermented whole berries in an open fermenter then lightly pressed at the end of fermentation directly into old French oak barriques. The wine was matured in oak until filtration and bottling in July 2026. No fining.

This wine is vegan friendly.
