2023 Gundagai Sangiovese 6 Pack Special

Medium red colour with red hues. Red cherry and earthy aromas and flavours. The palate is complex and spicy with cherry notes and smooth tannins. The finish is long and savoury.

The grapes were all de-stemmed and fermented whole berries in open fermenters then lightly pressed at the end of fermentation directly into older French oak barriques and puncheons. The wine was matured for 10 months in French oak, racked and sterile filtered to bottle. No fining.

This wine is vegan friendly.
