"Pink Friday" Pinot Gris 6 Pack

The nose has distinctive nashi pear aromas. Pronounced flavours of apricot and yellow peach dominate the palate. The richness of the palate is balanced by a natural acidity and mineral notes on the finish, producing a refreshing and moreish wine.

The grapes are sourced from two NSW vineyard sites located at Mudgee and Canowindra. 20% of the blend was on skin contact at 5°c for a period of 4 days with the balance pressed, settled and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine was left on lees for 6 months before fining, cold stabilisation, sterile filtration and bottling in December 2023.
