The Long Road Pinot Noir grapes are sourced from Maragle, Courabyra and Mannus vineyards located in the Tumbarumba region, ranging from 430 m ASL to 805 m ASL.

 Tasting Notes

Lovely fresh red cherry and strawberry aromas and flavours lead onto a bright crunchy medium bodied structure with lovely silky tannins, natural acidity and length.

 Winemaking Notes

25% whole bunches were included in the de-stemmed ferment. The alcoholic fermentation was carried out in open fermenters. Following fermentation, the grapes were lightly pressed directly to 1 – 5 year old French puncheons and barriques. The wine was matured for 8 months in French oak, racked and sterile filtered before bottling in November 2022.  No fining occurred.
